Scorpio New Moon & Solar eclipse

The Scorpio New Moon and Partial Solar Eclipse are two special astrological events happening on the same day in October 2022.

​

This Movement, Sound and Ceremony event combines Gentle Yoga, Breathwork and Sound Immersion to activate the physical and mental bodies in preparation for these two astrological events.

​

This ceremonial style event includes movements and harmonic frequencies that are associated with the energy of the Scorpio New Moon and Solar Eclipse. 

 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and journal. Spots are very limited and fill up quickly!

FLoating sound bath

This meditation is a wonderful way to relieve stress and tension. Amy will guide you through a meditation while you rock in an aerial hammock. The vibrations from the crystal bowls takes you to a different level of meditation when you are floating in the air.

women's circle

The Women's Circle at Sun Ship Center is held every first Sunday from 4 pm to 6 pm. I co-host this powerful gathering with Alicia Martinez, a yoga instructor. Friendships are made, emotions are released, support is provided, and women are able to connect with their womb space and honor their feminine essence.
